Speaker's Biography:
Anna Wei is the Laboratory Manager at AT&S Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd., one of the leading manufacturers of high-end IC substrates and printed circuit boards in China. She holds a Master's degree in Chemistry from the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Chongqing University (2011) and is currently pursuing a Ph.D.
With 14 years of experience in technology R&D and laboratory management within the advanced manufacturing sector, Anna has built a strong track record of driving laboratory strategic planning, technological development, and cross-functional collaborative innovation. Her expertise spans chemical analysis, physical and failure analysis, as well as reliability design and verification for PCB and IC substrates, with extensive testing experience in embedded and glass substrates.
She began her career at EnerSys Group, where she was responsible for establishing and managing the laboratory at the newly founded EnerSys (Chongqing) facility. In 2013, she supported the development of laboratories at the company's Yangzhou and India sites.
In 2015, Anna joined AT&S Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd., where she has been leading the establishment of the laboratory at the new SLP plant, building the failure analysis laboratory at the Chongqing substrate facility, and in charge of laboratory operations. She also contributed to the construction of substrate laboratories at the new Malaysia facility and the Austrian plant.
Throughout her career, Anna has been dedicated to advancing corporate technical standards and enhancing production efficiency through rigorous analytical methodology and collaborative innovation across departments.
