Recently High Bright LED Applications for High Level Lighting, Pant Cultivation of Agriculture, Medical, Virus Sterilization, Mini LED and Micro LED Display

Abstract:

Since Dr Shuji Nakamura of Novel Prize developed Blue LED, It’s Brightness is developed 60lm/w to 220lm/w. At present, most of the traditional fluorescent lights and light bulbs have been replaced by high bright LEDs. Because of this, power consumption reduced by 80%. LED is a proven ecofriendly color.

LEDs are also effective for plant cultivation. Red LED is especially effective for the growth of the plant stem. And Blue LED shows very high good effective to plant leaves.

High bright blue LED have good effective to many medical applications such as goggles of surgery, jaundice and stomach camera. 

UVC(265^280nm) is good effective to kill COVID-19. But This UVC is harmful to humans. I developed

405nm LED in sunlight and this wavelength is very good effect to kill KOVID-19 for short time.

I developed application for endoscope and endoscope. We get good result.

At present, micro LED are developing for high level display applications. Micro LED is smaller than 100micron size. Already 15micron size of micro LED is starting for Display.

But, it is very difficult to surface mounting on substrate with very small size LED chip. I developed to use ACP technology. I success to mounting on the substrate. And this technology can expect from production such as watch, mobile phone, CF, RF, Glasses, etc.

Atsushi Okuno received master course from Kansai University in 1969. He worked Assistant Professor of Chemical Science in 1969. He joined SANY REC CO.,LTD from 1971. I am IEEE Senior Member at 1995. I received the Best Paper at ISPET with IC Packaging, I worked Fudan University R&D Center Executive Director from 2002. I received the Best Paper at IEPT with LED packaging at 2003. Vice President of Japan LED Association from 2004. I am CEO of SANYU REC CO.,LTD at 2007. I am CEO of Green Planets CO.,LTD. I am many committee of ICPE, LED Confrence.
